Tiles are bought by the square metre, stored in boxes and sold by the square foot. Fasteners come in cartons and leave in pieces. Square Loop stores stock in each item’s base unit and converts at every screen, so your team can work in the unit that makes sense to them.
Reservations and blocks
Confirmed orders reserve stock automatically. Optional quotation-level holds and salesperson stock blocks let you protect stock for a key customer before the order is signed. Short orders queue as backorders and fill in turn when stock arrives.

Counts, adjustments and samples

Barcodes and attributes
Generate and print barcode labels, then scan them on the mobile app to receive, pick or look up stock. Define your own attributes per category, such as size, finish, grade and material, then filter thousands of items in seconds.
