Employees and documents
Keep employment details, reporting lines and versioned salary contracts. Store passports, visas, Emirates IDs and labour cards securely, with alerts 60, 30 and 7 days before they expire.
Leave
Define leave types, monthly accrual and public holidays for your region. Employees request leave, managers approve it, and balances update automatically. Pending requests count too, so nobody can over-book.
Attendance and overtime
Record daily attendance or import it from your biometric machine. Worked hours and overtime are calculated by band (normal, weekend and public holiday) and ready for payroll.
Expense claims
Staff submit expenses by category, managers approve them and accounts pays them, with the journal posted to the right expense accounts.
Payroll
Build a payroll run from contracts, attendance and overtime. Recover salary advances in instalments, accrue end-of-service gratuity, and export a WPS/SIF or CSV salary file for your bank. Posted payroll goes straight to the general ledger.
