No. It is strictly read-only.
Yes. Each question is checked against the asking user’s permissions before any data is read.
No. It can only use Square Loop’s approved reports, never raw database queries.
Yes. Your administrator can switch it on or off for the whole company.
Access is controlled by roles and permissions down to individual actions, such as viewing, creating, approving or cancelling a document.
Yes. Documents record who created, approved and changed them, and posted financial documents are corrected by reversal, never deleted.
Document attachments are stored in secure cloud storage and opened through short-lived links.
