The assistant can look things up, but it cannot create, change or delete anything in your system.
It only sees what the person asking is allowed to see. A salesperson without access to financial reports gets no financial answers.
The AI never sees your database. It reads only Square Loop's approved reports, and each request is checked against the user's permissions before it runs.
